When Hamad launched his business in his early twenties, one of his most significant principles was the importance of human values in commercial business. He used this principle to a variety of businesses before settling on real estate development in 1992 because he feels it has a significant and cultural dimension for people, not just in terms of materials, but also in terms of their everyday, familial, and social life. In this regard, he was able to construct dozens of unique residences and buildings in various parts of Doha and its suburbs during his career.
